Direct To Film

Our primary printing method is Direct-to-Film. This high-quality process uses specialized inks transferred to PET film, coated with an adhesive powder, and then applied to the garment using heat and pressure. The result? Vibrant, long-lasting prints that outperform other methods — perfect for small runs and multi-color designs. This method also allows for super fast turnaround, as quickly as 1-2 days depending on your needs.

Screen Printing

We also offer screen print transfers, ideal for larger bulk orders (typically 25–50 pieces or more, depending on design size). This method uses traditional screen printing techniques but applies the design to a transfer film before pressing it onto the garment. Screen print transfers are known for their durability and soft, classic feel. This method has a longer turnaround time but can be more cost-effective while maintaining that screen print feel.

Embroidery

For small orders & items with simple designs, we also offer in house embroidery. While we do not have order minimums, the cost of translating a logo to an file type that an embroidery machine can read makes this method best for high wear, luxury items.

Vinyl

Finally, we can produce designs using HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) upon request. While we generally recommend DTF or screen printing for their superior longevity, HTV is great for special effects such as puff lettering or glitter.
